The clear soup is made from chicken bones, pork bones, and aromatic vegetables, and is mixed with Japanese soup stock such as kombu and niboshi, and more than a dozen spices.
The noodles are made with our custom-made noodles imported from Morisumi Noodles in Sapporo.
The soup is an exquisite fusion of Sapporo ramen and soup curry, two of Hokkaido's most popular food cultures.
